When you use CrewCommand, we collect information you provide directly: your name, email address, phone number, company name, and business address. We also collect data you enter into the platform, including customer records, job details, estimates, invoices, and photos.

Your data is stored securely using industry-standard encryption. We use Supabase (PostgreSQL) for database storage and Vercel for application hosting. All data is transmitted over HTTPS with TLS 1.3 encryption. We implement role-based access controls to ensure only authorized users can access your data.

Our mobile app collects location data when you grant permission. This is used for technician tracking during active jobs, route optimization, and dispatch. You can disable location sharing in your device settings at any time.
Our mobile app accesses your camera when you grant permission. Photos taken through the app are stored with the associated job record and are only visible to members of your team.
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you cancel your subscription, your data is retained for 90 days to allow for reactivation. After 90 days, your data is permanently deleted. You can request immediate deletion by contacting support.
