We want you to be completely satisfied with CrewCommand. If you are not happy with the service for any reason, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your first paid subscription charge. No questions asked, no hoops to jump through.
Simply email us at support@crewcommander.app with the subject line "Refund Request" and include the email address associated with your account. We will process your refund within 5–10 business days.
After the initial 30-day window, we do not offer refunds for partial or remaining subscription periods. However, you may cancel your subscription at any time and continue to use CrewCommand until the end of your current billing cycle. No further charges will be made after cancellation.
CrewCommand does not offer a free trial. All plans are paid subscriptions, and billing begins on the day you subscribe. If you are not satisfied, the 30-day money-back guarantee described above applies to your first paid subscription charge.
