We want you to be completely satisfied with CrewCommand. If you are not happy with the service for any reason, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your first paid subscription charge. No questions asked, no hoops to jump through.
Simply email us at support@crewcommander.app with the subject line "Refund Request" and include the email address associated with your account. We will process your refund within 5–10 business days.
After the initial 30-day window, we do not offer refunds for partial or remaining subscription periods. However, you may cancel your subscription at any time and continue to use CrewCommand until the end of your current billing cycle. No further charges will be made after cancellation.
Every new CrewCommand account starts with a 14-day free trial. No credit card is required to start your trial. You will only be charged if you choose to subscribe after the trial period ends. If you decide CrewCommand is not for you during the trial, simply do nothing and your account will not be billed.
