1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using CrewCommand ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These terms apply to all users, including business owners, technicians, and administrators.

2. Description of Service

CrewCommand is a field service management software platform that provides dispatch, scheduling, customer management, estimates, invoicing, payment processing, reporting, and mobile tools for trade businesses.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate, complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Subscription & Billing

• CrewCommand Pro is billed monthly at the current published rate.
• New accounts receive a 14-day free trial. No credit card is required to start.
• After the trial, you must subscribe to continue using the Service.
• Subscriptions renew automatically each month.
• You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• No refunds are provided for partial months.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its servers
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
• Use the Service to send spam or unsolicited communications
• Share your account credentials with unauthorized parties

6. Your Data

You retain ownership of all data you enter into CrewCommand. We do not sell your data to third parties. We use your data only to provide and improve the Service as described in our Privacy Policy. You may export your data at any time.

7. Payment Processing

Payment processing is handled by Stripe. By using our payment features, you also agree to Stripe's terms of service. CrewCommand is not responsible for payment processing errors or disputes handled by Stripe.

8. Availability & Uptime

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance that temporarily affects availability. We will provide reasonable notice for planned maintenance.

9. Limitation of Liability

CrewCommand is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, CrewCommand shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CrewCommand from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these terms.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Your data will be retained for 90 days as described in our Privacy Policy.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the application. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Palm Beach County, Florida.
